How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who reaches Aftersupported Roofing should get fair, honest treatment. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to complain and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Topics You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you phoned or contacted Aftersupported Roofing
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, work, warranties and customer service. If there is a problem with work on your home, start by raising it with the provider. Keep a written record.
Still tell us. Feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Be aware that Aftersupported Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or decide anything for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@aftersupported.living and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want
After You Write
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened. That may include asking the provider for its side. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Still Unhappy?
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed providers, your state's contractor licensing board may also help.
